  • How do I book an appointment?
    Simply go to the Bookings section of our website, click the "MINDBODY" button and that will take you to the MINDBODY app booking system on your computer Or find us on your MINDBODY app on your mobile device. Private sessions are by appointment only and dependent of availability - call or message Luisa on 0432 104 177
  • What should I start with?
    If you have never done Pilates before or have injuries, and are looking for Private Sessions, an initial consultation is required as a basis on learning the principles of the Pilates Method and an opportunity for the instructor to get a better understanding of what your goals are and can then tailor a program specific to you. If you prefer a group setting and are new to Reformer Pilates, our classes are a great way to learn and modifications will be applied if you feel you need to go a bit slower There are beginner classes on our schedule so head to MINDBODY App to book If you are familiar with Pilates, signing up to any group reformer classes at your own leisure is ideal as we offer a variety of reformer classes such as Strength, Cardio and Sculpt Reformer classes weekly.
  • What should I wear?
    Comfortable clothing or activewear that you can move in but also not too baggy. Ideally avoid jeans, restrictive clothing or clothing with belts. Socks are a personal choice. All equipment is wiped down after each session.
  • What do I bring?
    Just your wonderful self and a smile. Water, maybe a small face towel, change of clothes in need be.
  • I have no flexibility, can I still do Pilates?"
    Absolutely! Pilates can help increase your flexibilty.
  • Memberships
    Memberships are $50 direct debit WEEKLY Clients on membership will receive - discounts on studio items/apparel - discounts at local stores (you can find this in our 'booking' section - our cheapest class rate ever! - no contract - cancel anytime * you may pause your membership if you know you are going to be away on an extended break or holiday. * late cancellations and no shows are non refundable. It is up to the client to make their 2 classes a week. If you are unable to make your 2 classes it is highly recommended to make up those classes where you can at other times in that week as payment will not be refunded unless it has been previously discussed with the studio.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Bodhi Align Pilates has a 24 hour cancellation policy. **This is for Private Sessions & Group Classes A late cancellation or no show will result in a non refundable loss of payment. We understand circumstances out of our control may arise so please contact the studio as soon as possible or cancel via the Minbody app as we have a waitlist and others can then be bumped up in your spot. Class sizes & times are limited in our studio & we like each client to have enough time to plan their attendance if need be.
  • What is a "waitlist"?"
    Our intimate classes only allow for 4 clients at the one time in a group class. If the class fills up and you book after that, you go onto the waitlist. If someone cancels, you will receive an email notification and be bumped up into the class. If you cannot attend after being bumped up from the waitlist, simply cancel and the next person in line will be bumped up. Just a reminder there is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
  • What if I'm running late?
    We understand delays happen, traffic, work, meetings, unexpected pick up of your children, so we reccomend calling us as soon as you can. If you are booked into a group class we don't allow walk in's after 5 minutes of class starting. Warming up is one of the most important parts to a workout and as sessions are only 45 minutes we need to keep things moving. If its your private session we allow a little more time as its your session.
  • I'm pregnant, what class should I attend?"
    We recommend getting clearance from your doctor and starting Pilates no earlier than 12 weeks unless you have already been practising pilates or other exercise regularly. It also may be dependant on if you feel up to it - some mother's to be will feel nausea during pregnancy so it's important to seek clearance from your health care professional before starting anything. Private Sessions are highly recommended for pregnancy, however our Beginner Friendly classes are Pregnancy friendly and have been very successful with previous clients I have worked with.
